Lawsuit filed over Washington Blvd. flooding deaths

Lawsuit filed over Washington Blvd. flooding deaths: Relatives of two women and two girls killed in flash flooding in Highland Park are suing the city, the county, PennDOT and even Chrysler Group, saying the deaths could have been prevented.
